Great control with this paddle. The surface is such that the ball clings to the paddle just lone enough to get the feel for the shot with just the right touch. Works great for the power game and the soft game. In fact, I think it has enhanced my soft game. The paddle surface has also has enough texture to allow for application of spin.

I’ve been using this model for over a year now. I am really happy with this paddle, and First Strike. The paddle fits my style of play wonderfully. The fact the I won 7 medals with it in 3.5 + competitions this Summer is a testament to this point. And First Strike’s customer service is first rate.
